call either Sur La Table or William Sonoma the sales people are very knowledgeable on the machines. Also they have samples in the stores you could always pick one up if you have one in the area. One last thing my friends company bought a pod machine and the coffee comes from a commerical supplier, she said they make organic pods to die for.
